Unique antique belt( I assume,) from the Victorian era is comprised of 9 square silver etched segments and 8 silver encased amethyst purple glass segments joined with a double chain.

Each end of the belt has a hook. It can close by hooking the first segment or anywhere along the chain.

Now, with the two hooks, it could also be hung from the shoulders of a top. Or wear as a necklace.

It is not marked for silver but is tarnished.

It is almost 34" long, 1 1/8" wide. Excellent condition has that perfect antique patina.
